Currently...

Strides of Life

is currently taking colts and/or horses that may just need a tune up.  With your horse, together we will evaluate and determine what your expectations are.

Also I or Jan Powers of JP Boarding & Sales (She taught me everything I know and is one of the best in the biz to learn from!!) are available for lessons.  Beginners to advanced riders are welcomed, your horse or ours.  Sometimes it's good to have another perspective to make yourself the best rider/horse combination you can be.

The future...

My plan is to make Strides of Life the place to be for boarding, showing, training, and sales in north Texas. An after-school program is in the works as well! It's riding academy feel will be geared towards the youth in the area that might not otherwise have the opportunity to participate in equine/agricultural related activities.  If you or anyone you know would be interested in learning the details of the after-school program, please get in touch!!

Turtle Designs

Need custom riding gear such as hand tooled leather breast collars, headstalls, halters, etc?  I can make it for you!  I don't have enough to keep in stock, it's made as it's ordered.  Prices are reasonable and quality is superb!  All my pieces are safe and do not take away from the functionality of the equipment.  Pictures of already made pieces will be posted shortly!
